Leopard & Leaves

Leopard & leaves is a lovely combination, especially when channeled into a smart, satin, suit from the 1950s. . .

This two piece ensemble is one of my favorites, since it captures Autumn aesthetic perfectly, with its rusty amber shade, and elaborate gold beading under the lapels.

This color looks amazing paired beside rich chocolate browns, and contrasting black, therefore a matching leopard purse & belt combo, topped off with a classic fuzzy black beret, is the way to go.

Leopard comes in all different shades and prints, but is especially beautiful from the 40s-50s. I can be very particular about the ones I choose, though mostly all prints from these eras are gorgeous. On my feet, are Vogue House Originals satin leopard pumps from the 1950s, with a great silhouette.

Clashing leopard prints can be a disaster, but somehow this combination works wonders!

I use this vintage 1950s belt/purse combo often, and I'm huge on creating endless looks with standout pieces! Stay tuned for more styling with leopard print accents.
