Pastels & Patisserie

Bottega Louie is located inside the 1912 built Brockman Building in Downtown Los Angeles, which was the first building of the Broadway Commercial District. Not only did we revel in it's Romanesque Revival architecture, but we fell in love with the pretty pink pastels in the window, making it a Breakfast at Louie's type of day...

Pizzas, Pastas and Patisserie - what more can a Pink Collar Gal ask for? Bottega Louie is an Italian restaurant and gourmet market, offering everything from macarons to mascarpone. This dainty delicatessen offers the prettiest petit patisseries, bursting with pastels and Parisian pretties in every corner. With a rainbow of sweet treats, Bottega is the perfect market for any Pink Collar girl, whether you're on the go, or looking for a matinee Marie Antoinette style.

It was a chilly overcast day, and the window displays of macaron trees remind us that Christmas is around the corner, making our stroll through Bottega Louie even more magical - and making us excited for the most wonderful time of the year. We love to wear pretty pastels all year long, but today we added a touch of winter wonderland to our whimsical look, with some warm and toasty fur coats.

Our cotton-candy pink poodle hair was the perfect touch to this sweet and savory soiree...

We paired some leopard fur coats over our vintage 1950's dresses, in shades of pale yellow, and of course the glass slipper of all vintage shoes, lucite spring-o-lators
