Raspberry Lemonade & Keylime Pie

This mouthwatering color combination has me in a decadent daze! It's no secret I love my treats, so why not dress just as sweet? Summer is the season for bright, fun, colors and nostalgic neighborhood strolls, though I love this all year round.

As we approach the last of these beautiful summer days, a soft lemon paired with a shocking Schiaparelli pink makes for the ultimate Raspberry- Lemonade summer ensemble. California is full of endless inspiration, and I couldn't help but fall in love with the minty-key-lime theme, seen in 1950's homes and cars....

As you've seen in our previous posts, Lady K Loves is a new favorite go-to for authentic vintage inspired garments.

I'm wearing the Say Yeah top in Raspberry, which is made of a comfortable cotton eyelet, very reminiscent of a typical 1950's summer blouse. As you know, I love my Pink obviously, BUT not every shade is as pretty as the next. Lady K's Raspberry color is a gorgeous shocking pink ( I love a good Schiaparelli pink)

Not only do I adore the V cut in the front, but the bow ties at the shoulders are one of my favorite features in a top or dress! I'm also pleased to let you know that this pretty pink top also has a matching skirt. That's right, the appropriately named Darling skirt is your perfect circle skirt in the same color and fabric..swoon!

The V 2 skirt in lemon is an absolute favorite of mine, being that it is identical to other 1950's skirts I have in my closet. Lady K has perfected this pattern, making me want one in every single shade! Good thing for me, she offers a wide range of colors including black, red, blue, and more. I rarely find a modern skirt that is mid-calf, complete with true-to-vintage finishes...

I'm a sucker for details, and this skirt has a few that caught my eye! I love the vent in the back, and especially the chevron style front pockets. I have somewhat of a skirt obsession, since you can create tons of different looks with just one piece. Especially in this lemon color, I can see myself pairing it with baby pinks, blues, or classic black or white...This minty-fresh-Ford was the perfect Pink Collar treat for the day, and what an accessory <3

I accessorized my delicious-daytime attire with some matching candy colored bangles and my favorite floating floral lucite wedges.

Now let's have some dessert!!

xx Ashlyn
